No waiting lists. No guesswork. With a manufacturer, it can take 8 to 12 weeks just for your watch to be looked at, before it’s sent to Switzerland and the wait begins again. Even a small issue often means a full service. We do things differently. We assess your watch fairly, explain exactly what it needs, and only carry out the work that’s required. Everything is transparent, turnarounds are faster, and your watch is back on your wrist sooner.
